Family Centre

Chatsworth Family Centre is an integral part of Chatsworth Baptist Church, active in serving its local community. It was launched in 1995, after careful local consultation, to serve the needs of a socially and ethnically diverse community in the Borough of Lambeth.

Chatsworth Baptist Church recognises the unconditional love of God for every person, and we seek to serve our community in that spirit.

Current term-time activities, include:

• Pre-School
  Operates 5 sessions a week.
  9.15am - 12.15pm
  (hall entrance in Chatsworth Way)
• Saplings
  A drop-in parent/carer group for children
  11 months – 21/2years.
  Mondays, 9.30am - 12.30pm
  (family centre entrance in Idmiston Road)
• Young parents group
  Tuesdays, 10am - 1pm, including lunch
  (family centre entrance in Idmiston Road)
• Toddler group
  A drop-in parent/carer group
  for children 0 – 5 years.
  Wednesdays, 9.30 - 11.45am
  (hall entrance in Chatsworth Way)
• Little Oaks
  A parent/carer and toddler group offering a more structured environment
  for 2 ½ – 5 year olds. Thursdays, 9.30am - 12 noon
  (family centre entrance in Idmiston Road)
• Acorns
  A parent/carer & baby group for 0 – 12 months. Fridays, 10am - 1pm
  (family centre entrance in Idmiston Road)

An OUTREACH WORKER provides individual support for families in need. Access to our TOY LIBRARY is available at all the weekly groups.
